I fell in love with genealogy in January 2010 when I made a New Years Resolution to continue the research my family members had begun. My goal is to document the sources of their research, find additional ancestors, and bring their research up to date. I now belong to two local genealogy societies and joined the DAR, to follow in my aunts' footsteps. The main surnames in my family are Ervin, Eady/Eaddy, McGinnis, Jones, Witherspoon, Johnson, and Etheridge. They were located in Mississippi and the Carolinas.
