My family and I reside in Otsego, MN. Our infant daughter, Alicia, is buried in St. Andrew's Cemetery in Elk River. I have spent countless hours over the years walking this, as well as other nearby cemeteries, as I find them so peaceful. One can find out so many interesting things about people and communities from doing just a little research. Everybody deserves to be remembered!|

Hi Tia ~
I am hoping you can link info from a person buried in Becker Cemetery with his parents who are buried in Newport Cemetery in Washington.
John Joseph Hamacher #82013998 Becker cemetery is the infant son of Peter M. Hamacher #37877057 buried in Newport Cemetery and his wife Marie Christine Larson Hamacher #37876950 also in Newport.
Christina was my grand aunt...she died 3 years after John.

Otsego Cemetery, Minnesota
Thank you for posting the photo of Mrs. Carrick's grave. I really appreciate it.
I don't live in Minnesota, but I visit my ancestors' graves in Otsego and Big Lake every time I am in the area, and like you, very much love this old cemetery. (I'm not related to the Carricks, however.)
|crystal wiberg||Mary and John Elmer Putnam|
I have on my family tree a John Elmer Putnam born: 2 DEC 1850 death: 1856 and a Mary Elizabeth Putnam born: 28 Jan 1855 death: 1856. They are both the children of John Elmer Putnam and Nancy Agusta Merriam. They died right after their parents moved to Big Lake. Looking at the headstone attached to this Mary it shows her married to Lorenzo. I believe these are two different Mary's especially with the date on the this picture of the headstone for Mary. When weather get's better is there a way someone could get a picture of John Elmer Putnam death: 1856 and Mary Putnam death: 1856.

And thank you for the help with Danish Cemetery. I visited recently and photographed as many gravestones as I could find, and I'm cross referencing the info with the book Danetown, which profiles the lives of many of the people buried there.
