RE: Josiah Woodard Photo
Hello:

These markers are from the time period of 1832 to 1850. The ones for Cader Woodard and Rachel Woodard are standing up, but the others are fallen. The ones for Josiah Woodard and Luke Woodard are below the surface, and almost completely covered by soil. I uncovered enough to photograph them, but put much of the soil back to help preserve that fragile-looking cursive writing. When I saw Luke's many years ago, the part with his first name was there, but now that part and the "Wo" of Woodard have chipped away. If you go there to see for yourself, they are in the old section, immediately northeast of the meeting house. Look for the two jagged slate-like stones upright (Cader and Rachel). Then follow that row close by and the adjacent one, looking for small openings in the line of grass.

RE: Elizabeth Herbert Berket
Hi,

I added the birth info.

What I take photographs I take a lot photo if the burial is unmarked that way there is some pic on the memorial.

Elizabeth did not have an inscription on the Herbert marker, nor did she have a separate stone. I updated in the notes section that she has no marker, which I usually try and do. I thank you for catching that I missed it on this memorial.

Have a great day!

RE: Farrs and Lees
Hi, thanks for the message. Yes, I am interested in anything you have on the Farr's and Lee's family lines. Enoch Lee is my 3rd Great Grandfather, his daughter Elizabeth was my GG Grandmother. The Farr family pictures I have are scans from a photo album of my Grandfather's sister had. I will email you the original scans.

De nada; you're sure welcomed! I did try to figure out if he had a wife before I went to visit, and think that Marcelle is still living in Florida...but relieved to be able to figure out about Sarah; I put some other pictures on her memorial so you can see they are in an alcove where folks can sit if they like.
