|Thomas E. King||Keplinger Genealogy - Kobza Family|
Karla - I'm a bit confused regarding the obituary of Benedict Kobza (born, 1933). It reads that he married a Dolores on 17 Sep 1955, but also had a previous wife, by the name of Dolores. I have him married to Jeanette Rumery. Can you clarify, or is my Jeanette married to a different Benedict Kobza. Looking to hear, tom

Excellent Patrick McCarthy was the grandfather of my great grandmother Minnie Reed Key Ewing. Would love to talk with you!

|Scott Osborn||Henry Osborne|
My name is Scott Osborn. Henry Osborne is my 2nd great-grandfather through his son, John Osborne. John's son, John Henry Osborne is the father of my father, Stanley Eugene Osborn. John Henry dropped the "e" off of the end of our last name.
I have only one photo of my great-great-grandfather, Henry and not a whole lot of information. If you have any photos and/or info to share, I'd appreciate it.
Thank you for the information about the Thompson's at Old Logan Cemetery. I surveyed the cemetery during my lunch hours when I was working in Logan (I live about 25 miles away) and came to be very fond of the cemetery. It can barely be seen from the highway and there is no sign other than at the entrance so even some people in Logan do not realize it is there. Unfortunately, at the time I did not have a camera...

Karla, if you would like, I can transfer those memorials to you. I live about 10 miles from the Eden Cemetery, and I am in the process of putting all the tombstones on findagrave.com. My work is meant to be shared without any restrictions.
|Kami Connour Voboril||Katerina Tupy|
I was just looking on ancestry.com and Katerina has a "leaf". Everyone listing her also has her maiden name as Sonka, so my spelling from the marriage license does look to be incorrect. I will change that and thank you. Looking forward to sharing any info to fill in the blanks.

Katerina and Frank are my husband's gr gr grandparents. I don't have alot of info outside of my father-in-laws direct line. I have a copy of Joseph and Veronica's marriage license from Butler county. It had Veronica's parents listed as Frank Tupy and Katie Shonka. It could be that what I have is an incorrect spelling on the marriage license. I mostly work on my family so when I started working on Gary's family I seemed to hit alot of brick walls and didn't look much further. I am excited to find someone that could actually be from another part of the family. Here is my husband's line from Joseph and Veronica, their son Joseph and his wife, Lucille (Belik), their son Frank and his wife, Dollretta (Powell), to my husband Gary. Joseph and Veronica had 1 son and 2 daughters, Joe and Lucille had 9 sons, and Frank and Dolly had 7 sons, and Gary and I have 2 sons. I don't have much info on Joe's sisters other than names and a few dates and partial list of their children. I'm assuming that your ties come in from the Tupy family? I will be excited to talk with you more. As far as Joseph's date being different than his stone I have a memo to myself about that in my book, but I will have to look and see why I have Feb listed as birth month instead of March, which is what is on the stone. I have written down that on the 1900 census that both Joseph's family immigrated to America 1867 and Veronica's family immigrated to America in 1868.
Talk to you soon.
