Catherines mother was Catherine Schambil. Her father was Jacob Heckbur. Both thge heckbur & Schambil families hailed from Breidenbach, Moselle, Loranne, France. Both of her parents are buried at St. Aloyisius Catholic Cemetery in what is now Yoder, Indiana but at the time was called Sheldon.

Marriage date for Elizabeth and William
Hello Bonnie,
I see you have a marriage date for Elizabeth (Betsy) McLaughlin and William Perry Scott as Aug 12, 1799 and our records show June 25, 1799. I wondered where you got that date from as I see you seem to be part of their family tree.

I am their GGGG grand daughter and will be stopping at the St. Davids Parish Cemetery tomorrow (Monday Aug 21) hoping to find their grave stones.

Thank you for the list of names of Elizabeth's siblings-we did not have those. I have 2 additional children born to them and will share with you if you would like them. Just leave me a message.

Again, thank you, Diane

Hello - you have a photo request from 2014 for this person. Both he and his wife are buried in Juniper Cemetery - not Woodbine.

Irving Maurice Thompson #103389509
I was working on some Thompson graves in Mt. Bloom and came across Irving Morris and wondered why Gladys his wife was absent and finding the dau Mary Alice Schuett #117591135, buried in Mt. Bloom then gave the answer. Both Gladys & Irving are buried in Oakland Cemetery in Princeton, IL and they have memorials. Gladys # 103389651

Chaffee's in Beth Jacob Cemetery - Buffalo
Greetings Bonnie,
I was wondering if you could tell me where the information came from for Byron Chaffee (#114065803) & his wife Harriet (Choate) Chaffee (#113777529) as being buried in a Jewish cemetery in Buffalo. I have both of their obituaries and their dates of death are off by 8 - 15 years and they both lived and died in Clarence, Erie Co., NY.

There may be a mix up somewhere, but I don't know where.

Thank you for looking into the matter.

Elizabeth Coffin Greenleaf FAG #8953416
Dear Bonnie,

I was excited and intrigued to find this painted portrait of Elizabeth Coffin Greenleaf, one of my direct ancestors. 17th century portraits are rare. I tried to figure out via a photo/image search where this image comes from, but failed. Could you share your source with me?

Many Thanks & Forever Searching

Phantom 309
John Henry Hargett III photograph
The photograph that you have posted on this memorial is highly unlikely to be one of that particular person.

The individual in the photograph appears to be about 28 years old. When Mister Hargett was this age, photography had not even been invented yet. The first photograph ever taken was shuttered in 1826, and it was a very crude one at that. Mister Hargett would've already been 42 years old by this time.

Are you certain that you haven't upload this photo to the wrong memorial by mistake?

where is Cecil in your family? Why do you want to manage his listing?
