Bio and Links
Bio Photo I live in Norwalk, Iowa and am willing to take photos at cemeteries in the area for people, particularly at the Norwalk Cemetery, which is in walking distance from my home.

I have been an amateur genealogist since my mother brought home a list of names from her mother's funeral in 1999. My own particular family tree research stretches far and wide, and that is why there are a handful of memorials from all over the place that I have done. My research can be found at the link to my website.

The WALDSPURGER name is one of particular interest to me. I also am interested in any and all descendants of Abinah WOOD and Susannah HUMPHREYS, married in 1799. The virtual graveyard "The Abinah Wood Project" is all of the found descendants on Find a Grave.

I will gladly transfer any memorials, provided they are related to you - if I am as close a relation however, I will gladly update it.

If I have posted a photograph, you are free to use it for any non-montary purpose, but please cite where you found it if you could.

If you email me, kindly let me know that you are emailing me in reference to something from Findagrave. Thank you!

Hi Kelley No problem and I do understand your response. I found the info in LDS Family Search. You can make any additions or corrections there.

RE: John H.
I added his obit as found in local paper. It doesn't say much. And there is no brother named Dominick mentioned in it.

RE: John H.
I'm having an obit lookup done. Maybe we'll get lucky and he'll have one - hopefully.

Like you I did not find anyone named "Dominick" in any census where I located the family. Perhaps it was a middle name? Or perhaps he was one of the children that did not live long enough to be recorded thru census years?

IF there is an obit for John, I'll post it when found. If not, I'll also add a note stating that fact.

RE: John H.
Hello - You can find these people, as a family, in the 1900 census, Cook Co, Ill. Parents John & Mary and children Jobson, John, Thomas, Mary, and James. They had 7 children but only 5 were still living at that time.

I can have an obit lookup done if you'd like? Let me know.

The siblings names, as seen on his memorial pg, were probably sent to me per suggestion. It is an earlier entry and since then I have stated putting a note on each pg when something is added per suggestion/comment. It helps me to keep track of what I've personally researched vs what others have suggested.

RE: Hagers
Hi Kelley,
I added Hannah Kehs as the mother for Jonas Hager.
Peter's first wife was Charlotte and they had the following children together: John-1809, Michael-1812, Henry-1819, Mary-1821 and Susanna-1824 who was born after Jonas. Peter,Charlotte,Mary and Susanna are all buried together in Milford Christian Cemetery in NJ. I don't know where Hannah fits in but you have proof that she is the mother so I added her.

Hi Kelley,

You requested that I add the mother for Jonas,Henry,James and Camilla Hager as Hannah Kehrs.
She didn't marry Peter Hager until 1826. His first wife was Charlotte and she is the mother of those children. Charlotte is buried with Peter and some other children of theirs.
