|Marsha Williams Byrd of Missouri||Byrd|
My husband's Byrd ancestors came from Virginia to Missouri also in the 1899's. They seem to have come with the same wagon train as my Craighead ancestors. I am very proud of our linage and would welcome you as a cousin happily. Marsha

No, I am not related. I just happened to run across this article and I knew I would like to have had one for any of my ancestors. I am so glad you were pleased. I love finding cousins too, I have found quite a few on this site. Have a Blessed Day. Marsha
|Marsha Williams Byrd of Missouri||Hi|
I found an article on Booker Robertson and thought it might be of interest to you: Marsha------ Fulton Daily Sun-1917: Booker Robertson of Fulton has a pleasant surprise when he received a visit from a brother whom he had not met since he left Virginia forty-five years ago. The brother, Thomas Robertson, has been living in Cassville for a number of years. Neither was able to recognize the other, it has been so long since they met. The visitor is some nine years younger than the Fulton brother.

Also from Chester Co PA. at the time of serving in Rev. War - Alexander was my husband, Robert Fleming's 3X Great Grandfather. In 1769 Alexander is listed as Tavern Keeper in Chester Co; 1808 moved to Back Crk in Berkeley Co VA then to Ross Co in 1811.
Alexander's son Ferguson 1786-1838 is our connecting line.
I know there is confusion regarding the Alexander Fleming's and am hoping you can give me some connecting pieces - as to the Father of this referenced Alexander - we had not found info indicating 'John' as a middle name.

I transferred his memorial to you. Also, I sent you an email with his death certificate information and a link to the cemetery he is buried. Sorry I couldn't help you more, but I wish you all the best.
Take care, Barb T.
