I love the History of my people! Both in Buckingham County, Virginia (BOLLING,PAYNE, HARRIS) and also Georgia (MOORE, FINDLEY, MAUND). The cemeteries of these and other states have given me many clues as to "What and Where" - The folks I have met, during this research, have been so kind - and I thank each and every one of them from the past and for the future. Hi Patt, I did not take the photo of John Howard Talbot's stone - I took a photo of his son's (John Herbert). The son is buried in section 3 (front part near the road) along with his wife, Eunice Hudon's and her grandparents (Washington and Louisa Hudson). Eunice's parents are in section 5, I believe. I can't say what section his parents are in but if you call the office and ask specifically about John Howard Talbot's location they will tell you, and if you can visit they will drive you to it. ~Nancy

I just happened upon your message via flowers that information I have on file for Susanna is not correct. I would like to know why you believe it is written incorrectly. Thanks

My pleasure. From what I saw online, Chellow looks like a great place to see. Perhaps when next out that way, I may have the opportunity. Thanks!
|Rick Omohundro||RE: Omohundro and McCulloch|
I do have record of Thomas and Martha McCulloch and my records indicate Thomas died in Fluvanna Co., VA. My records do not, however, tell what cemetery he is buried in.
I do not know of the Johnny Omohundro of Fork Union. Do you know who his parents were? I would need some more information in order to try to find any record of him.
I would love to see the photo you have of Texas Jack. It may be of one I already have but you never know when someone has one that hasn't been seen before.

nice to hear from you

Sorry Patt, but I don't have any info on the FORD's of Neely's Bend or any of the Surnames you listed... Wish I could have helped a little.

I had some help from the office staff in locating this grave, but I wanted to verify that I was in the correct spot before posting the pics. Unfortunately the person I needed to speak to is on vacation for the next 2 wks. I will followup on a future visit and if I have made an error I will correct and notify you.
