When you request a transfer and the creating person is inactive or does not reply to your request, contact f.a.g. @ firstname.lastname@example.org
Let them know that the creating person is inactive or ignoring your request and that the memorial you want is a relative. Let them know that you would like to manage memorial #8447312 for Madelynn Havard. Be sure to give them your member # and (sign) your name as it's listed on your member page.
They'll make the tranfer and send you an email letting you know when it's done. If you need to contact them for more than one memorial, send them a separate email for each one.
I'm glad to help, anytime you need it.
|Rita Graves||RE: Jonathan|
However you found this website, I'm glad you did. I love transferring memorials to family members; where they rightfully belong. And yes, I agree, it helps in the healing process. When I pull up my dad's memorial, it feels like I'm visiting him.
Be sure to post some pictures of Jonathan on his memorial. When you pull up his memorial in the future, you'll find yourself filled with love, and it will bring a smile to your face. It will be a while before that feeling happens, but it will.
Also if you have good photos of Jonathan that you would like to post, just click on the "Add a photo for this person" key; and you can download it from your computer. I think f.a.g. allows 3 photos to be posted unless you'd like to pay the small fee to "sponsor" the memorial, then you could add more.
I am so sorry for your loss. Jonathan was such a young man to leave this earth. I took the liberty of transferring this memorial to your care. You now have control over the context. Then I noticed you haven't made any entries. If you want to transfer it back to me, I'll gladly made the edits you requested. However, if you'd like to manage Jonathan's memorial, it's easy to do. Beneath each section (in blue) are edit keys. Next to Jonathan's name click on the (Edit Name) key and it takes you to that fix. Then you can delete the nickname and click on the key "save changes". Then move on to the date section, and you can add his birth date. Also, if the bio information is incomplete, you can add to it or delete any of it. I trust you'll manage his memorial with care. But if you would rather not, please transfer it back to me, and I'll make the corrections.
