RE: Goforth Cemetery
Hi Ethel. Thanks for the very nice complements on the Goforth Cemetery. I don't think I would have been able to find nearly as many cemeteries in Spring Creek without the help of your book. It's been a most invaluable resource.

I can imagine a lot has changed since the 80s. The forest has pretty much taken over the cemetery, but some of the old fields are still being mowed and the roads are now foot trails. I think I walked about a half mile or more to get to the cemetery. It's a very nice place. I'll be going back there again sometime soon I hope.

Thanks for writing!

Shawn

Hi Ethel, I am interested in Ben Sexton's (Sexton cemetery). Someone told me you had been there and I was so interested if there were more readable stones. Especially his wife, Jane Elizabeth Clemons Sexton. Hoping to hear back from you, Blessings MollyB

Family?
Hi Ethel. This is Troy and Geraldine's Daughter. Do you have any pictures of my parents or Grandparents? I never found Mom's pictures. Maybe David did when he cleaned out the store. I especially would like to find out more about Grandpa Goforth's family. Also information about the Silver(s) family out of Madison County? Can you steer me in the right direction? Thank You

RE: Zion Cemetery
Thank you and great work on the cemetery listings that you have done! I made sure to add "your sign" from the cemeteries when I could showing your name and date of transcriptions! Great job Ethel! :)

Thank you for the heads up on her proper burial place. If I understand you correctly, there is only one other person buried there-Nancy Reynolds. Two people buried in a spot makes it a cemetery according to Findagrave guidelines, so adding a cemetery is in order, but I think I'm going to make her a non-cemetery burial for now. "Non-cemetery" covers situations like this-single burials on private property. Ler's revisit this later, and figure out how to list her and Nancy Reynolds properly, see if there is anyone else buried there.
