RE: John Morris burial, and others at St. Peter's
Right , about fire ect...that office is a very large room and maybe a couple of people there , not organized at all...their excuse is ...lost records below a certain year, I guess..I have tried for many yrs to find just one person, even with changes of a new paster..She sang me the same excuse... Even if you walk around, it's very hard , because lots of unmarked . Only a block away let's see what the spring will bring

St Peter's document
I went to a presentation at the Hunington Free Library last month. The speaker, from the Westchester Historical Society, told me how to find a document on Ancestry.Com. I have the document on my computer. would you like me to send it to you?

RE: William George Lapp
I'm still working on St Peter's and the Quaker Cemetery at St peter's. I now have a document with the names of those buried there. It's a big project.

Schliessman family
I went to see a presentation today at the Bronx County Historical Society. The speaker, Prof. Lloyd Ultan, spoke about the abundant written material on Bronx history that was stored in the Schliessman barn in Edgewater Park. My ears perked, when I heard the name Schliessman, because I realized someone by that name (you) was involved with Find A Grave. I'm impressed

Wilson stone
I don't see a stone with the name Wilson on it on the Eliza Doty memorial. When I get back to St Peters. I'll look.

I am glad I was able to find this stone to photograph. Is this a relative of yours? I don't know if you would be interested that I saw 8 more Steffen family members listed in St Peters. i can post the memorials, and you can link them (if you know how they are related)
