Bio and Links
Bio Photo Hello All: I have been doing family genealogy for the past thirty years, mostly on Pinkertons from the various lines throughout the country. My roots are in Lancaster County PA, and I have accumulated much information on many families there besides my own, such as family group sheets, bios, photos, Obits. and Death Notices and other interesting facts. I try to incorporate as much of this as is reasonable in the various memorials and make as many family connections as possible on Find-A-Grave as this increases the value of this project. Some of my genealogies can be seen at the Lancaster County, PA Historical Society (Library online catalog), RE: Haverstick, Gable and Pinkerton. And at the Lancaster, PA Mennonite Historical Society and the Lititz, PA Public Library genealogy section for Risser. Other surnames I am interested in are: Kauffman, Sachs, Brenner, McCracken in Lancaster County, and Wambaugh in York County.

Above is my new best bud, Beau

LIsting on 2 different Cemeteries
There are 2 memorials for a relative and her husband. They are listed in 2 different cemeteries:

Ella May Hopper #95882238 Ebenezer Cemetery, Norris City, Illinois & #131520554 IOOF Cemetery, Norris City, Illinois.

Ernest Joseph Weaver #95882063 Ebenezer Cemetery, Norris City, Illinois & #102315377 IOOF Cemetery, Norris City, Illinois.

Iím not sure who I should contact for this.if possible I will post this on both Cemeteryís if possible. I see they are both in the same city, are they the same Cemetery? Thank you for any help, Edna Hopper

RE: Susanna Warner
Of course, here is the transcription and the number. I am almost positive this is her, because they are from that area.

Susanna Warner
I see you have added her name to findagrave.com. She is my great grandfather's mother. I believe her maiden name was Deer or Derr. Do you know anything else about her? I can't seem to find a thing, and being unsure of the maiden name makes it harder. I believe her husband's name was John or possibly Jonathan.

I'd certainly appreciate any help you can offer. They were in the area of Bainbridge.

Rachel Pinkerton Reidenbach
Rachel (1765-1826), wife of Martin Reidenbach is my wife's 4th great-grandmother. She is buried in Bergstrasse (find-a-grave memorial #77092806). Given where The Reidenbachs lived in the Manheim, Warwick & Earl area it seems likely that Rachel is either a daughter or granddaughter of Henry, David, Thomas or William. I know of one other reference to a Rachel, a daughter of William Pinkerton and either Isabel or Elisabeth Criswell. I've seen both names for William's wife. I write to ask you whether you know from your research if my wife's ancestor Rachel could be the same person as William's daughter Rachel, or if not, perhaps you could suggest another direction for me to look. Thank you very much.
-P.S.- I have submitted an edit to add Rachel's maiden name to her memorial.
