RE: Info needed on Bobbie Richardson
I discovered that Bobbie’s name on his death certificate is Bobbie Jack Richardson, but it is Gene Richardson on his birth certificate. My source for Bobbie’s burial is the death certificate. Since you did not provide an email address I can’t send you a copy. The death certificate says burial was at “Pleasant Mound.” This could mean either Pleasant Mound Cemetery or Pleasant Mound Public Cemetery. By the 1930s the Pleasant Mound Public Cemetery had become run down, so as a general rule the only people buried there in the 1930s were people who already had family members buried in that cemetery. That is why I wrote that it is most likely Bobbie was buried in Pleasant Mound Cemetery. You said the family wouldn’t have had money to bury him. The Pleasant Mound Cemetery was associated with the Pleasant Mound Methodist Church, and it is possible they recognized the family’s plight and allowed the baby to be buried at no cost. It is highly likely there was never a stone marker on the grave because the family could not afford one. There may have been a wooden marker but it would have decayed a long time ago. There is no office for the Pleasant Mound Public Cemetery but there is one for the Pleasant Mound Cemetery. Did your aunt contact the cemetery office? The phone number is 214-388-4110. The office hours are Tuesday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

RE: Imogene Miskel Greenwood
Imogene Miskel Greenwood was married to my dad's brother Carl Greenwood. Sorry, but I haven't done any research on her parents. Sorry I could not help you.

I also have a great-grandmother in Oakland. Texas Connection added her name to find-a-grave last December 2012. I have not yet traveled from Austin to Oakland. I have read that the over growth is consuming the headstones. If you find an organizational group intent on keeping up the grounds, please let me know. I would be willing to contribute to a legitimate upkeep effort. Joe Brown, Austin Texas

I entered her birth date as you have it; her headstone gives birth year as 1909. And I asked the contributor of Billy Joe to link him to his parents.

RE: Memorials for transfer
No problem. Transfers coming your way.

FYI- if you use the EDIT button instead of the MESSAGE button to ask for a transfer, it makes it much easier to do. : )

Transfer complete, Glad she is with family !
The information listed on her memorial is from her Death Certificate, so if it is wrong its was a honest mistake. Take care -- Scott
