Memorial in Incorrect Cemetery
Hi Steve,
Could you remove Thomas Batters, memorial #178308360 from the St. Joseph's Church Cemetery, as this is not where he is buried. There is only one gravestone in the churchyard and it is for the Rev. Nicholas Pettit. I believe you may have been wanting to add him to the St Joseph's Cemetery a very large burying ground in the City. Thanks so much for your assistance!

Steve, while appreciate your interest in some of the memorials I have created, volunteers are given 30 days to handle requests sent using the 6th edit option. Sending the same request every day is not helpful. I will review the information at first chance. If not done in the 30 days from your first message (yesterday), the site's guidelines allow you to forward your issue on to site admins. Thanks.

RE: Eliza Cranch Kinsley Pratt
Thank you so much! If you have more information on Maria Kinsley Pratt or Joseph Redding Pratt, it would be much appreciated. I would love to add something to Joseph's memorial page about his life.

These Pratt's are in my family line. Thank you for 'reach out'.

Gird Cemetery
P.S.
The Cedar Lake Cemetery is just up the road from the Golf Course.

RE: Gird Cem. Herkimer County, NY
I can now answer, yes I have visited Gird Cemetery. I figured it was off season and decided to check with the Cedar Lake Golf Club. Today they allowed me on the course and told me where it was. It is a very small cemetery. There are 22 stones or pieces of stones visible. Of the 22 only 2 are standing and legible. The other are broken and/or shredded shale pieces. I have photographed the cemetery and added the pictures to Find A Grave, Gird Cemetery.

I have not. It is my understanding that the golf course is a private course. I have visited other Litchfield area cemeteries but, not that one.

Hi Steve. I have not visited the cemetery, but another researcher is going to visit, maybe as soon as this weekend. That sounds like the right marriage. I think the info online about her being a sister to William Wilcox is not correct, but she could be a sister-in-law.
