I will still get photos for people as I have time. Due to the lack of appreciation over the past year or so and the cost of volunteering this, I am having to cut back the time I can devote to this. I do not check email but usually once every few weeks, so you'll have to give me time if you make any requests for changes/transfers to memorials.

Photo appreciated
Thank you so much for taking the time to go out and take a photo of great great grandmother. It is very much appreciated. I would like to have permission to post your photo to and use a copy in my genealogy records. Do you mind if I do this?

Levan Pictures

I would like to have your permission to print out photos you have posted on Find a grave, especially those dealing with the Levan family and others connected to them. I am not going to use them for any profit but would like to include them in a family history book that I am making for my step-daughter. Her mother is a Levan. If you need further info before granting permission please email me privately at I realize you are not her much so look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible. I would like to work on this for Christmas!

Do you know where the photo of the man and the boy came from. I'd really like to contact the owner.

RE: Della Jean Jocelyn
Hi Mark ..

Della M (nee Jean) Jocelyn would be a 2nd cousin to me. Her father was John Mason Jean (19030469)mother was Mary Catherine Fulfer (19030479). Both are also buried at Arthur Cemetery.

Little Myrtle Alta Jocelyn was born 13 Jan 1898 died 31 Jan 1966 --- she is also buried at Arthur Cemetery at Plot: Section SBNA, Lot 39, Space 2 with NO STONE. (55173408).

She is listed as "Alta Myrtle Jocelyn Gilreath-Knox", believe she was born Myrtle and later began using Alta.

She married twice, first to Orley Victor Gilreath and they had one son Orley Avon Gilreath (1918- 1955) he is also buried at Arthur Cemetery (55854824)

Orley Victor Gilreath he died in 1938.

Myrtle married 2nd to James Wm Knox on 19 Jan 1945 in Cook, Illinois.

Hope this is of some help.

All the best, Beth
