RE: Laura Belle Shaw Crouch
Okay will transfer her over. Yep, unfortunately can't help you with a grave picture since I live in the U.S. However you can thank my grandmother for my interests in Canadian cemeteries. She was born and raised in British Columbia Canada before immigrating across the border when she was a young woman about 100 years ago. Have done a lot of research on her family all across Canada, and found many family members buried at Peach Orchard several years ago. At the time there were not too many burials listed on Find a Grave at that cemetery. After I found some of my family started adding in other burials that were not entered. Initially was wondering If I was wasting my time, but noticed different people are now finding their family they probably could not find before. Have received a lot of help from this web site and it's nice to be able to give back to others.

RE: Laura Belle Shaw Crouch
Glad I was able to help you find your aunt. Her name was on a burial list for Peach Orchard cemetery I found. Her Canadian death registration only says she was buried in Summerland. They also had her birth year as 1877, so I assume someone might have just made a error. Changed the year to 1872.

Also I would be happy to transfer Laura if you want custody of her memorial page since I'm not related. Have no problem giving her to a family member.

RE: Lucious Dodgion
Susan - You're very welcome. I did take a picture of the grandparents' memorial stone, if you would like me to post that. Not sure if there is a memorial or not (posting other photo requests at the moment). Just let me know. It was curious, though, that at the foot of the grandparents' graves there is a small stone for "J.F.C." and I believe I can read "son of JFC Dodgion" on Lucious' stone. So, is Tilman Dodgion also known as JFC? I only ask in case you need me to post the small JFC stone.

You now have a picture of the grave. You may want to add 1974 is the year she died. You may also want to add the grave location:
Section: A15
Plot: 141

Can you call the cemetery and ask what section/street her stone if off of. This is a huge cemetery. I spent 3 hours looking today. Thanks!
