Hi Susan,
Did your ancestors live in the San Bernardino area in the 1800's? Are you related to the Frenchman, Fabien Abadie somehow?

RE: Hans Olsen
I was taking random photos in the cemetery and his was one of them but I found out there was already a photo posted on Find A Grave for him. I was just transcribing what was on the stone itself, Hans for the name and the 18th for the day of death. With two names in the first name field on the memorial, if anyone does a search for Hansen Olsen, that memorial won't show up.
Thanks

Hi I've walked the entire section twice and there isn't a stone. So unless you want to call and talk to the manager at Resurrection and see if the location is wrong, there isn't anything more I can do on this one. Sorry.

Thank you. No need to feel sorry; we are all entitled to how we wish to volunteer and how our input is displayed, within the Find A Grave guidelines. This is a copyright issue, which I personally choose to uphold.

As a volunteer for FindaGrave, I am happy to take gravestone photos for posting on the individual FindaGrave memorial pages. Permission to use my photos on any other website page, or other public media, is neither implied, nor given.

Thank you for your reply, another local volunteer also supplied the same information and suggestion. After exploring my sources, I suspect you are correct and I will adjust my request accordingly. I'm also a volunteer for my area in Michigan. Ive claimed 5 requests for pictures so far this season.

I will check my CD for the rest of the photos of the tombstones. No need to put in a request. Since they are related to you, I can transfer them to you. Just let me know.

RE: Hans Olsen
You're very welcome, Susan :) We found the cemetery to be very well kept, and Hans' stone was easy to find with your notes. Carol
