Just checking in, I submitted some edits to you a couple of weeks ago and they are still outstanding.
Hope all is well.

I think we may have communicated before.
RoAnn Cole is my 2nd cousin. Our mothers. Alma & Cecille, were 1st cousins, my grandfather, Archie & her grandmother Rose were brother & sister & we share great grandparents Cyrille & Marie/Mary. I'm always trying to learn more and have discovered a virtual cemetery set up by Norma Lewless. I discovered the VC by accident through a search on Ancestry using Philomen Oakes (b abt 1840; d. 1862)Parents Edward Oakes & Marie Julie LeDuc and spouse Antoine LeDuc (b 1833) Antoine & Philomen were 1st cousins who married. Mary/Marie Leduc Fournier (b 1860)was their only child. After he mother died she was given to a couple to raise in Oxford, MA. Her father remarried & didn't take her with him, when her adoptive mother died she went then to live with her birth father in Central Falls, RI. It's an interesting story-passed on to me by my mother.
I wondered if you would be willing to transfer three graves that you sponsor to me. They are Fournier graves at Mount Saint Benedict Cemetery in Bloomfield, Ct: Rose A. Fournier Farley, Cyrille Fournier and Marie/Mary LeDuc Fournier. Rose is my great aunt & Cyrille & Marie are my great grandparents. I would like to add a bios & I don't think Iu can unless I'm the sponsor.
Would appreciate it. Let me know.

The office has no record of her burial at East. You might contact the cemetery office at 860.647.3081 for further information - or to see if the burial may have been elsewhere in the county. The office said that sometimes there are headstones for people who were never buried there. If this is the case, they have no record, but there may actually be headstones there. If that is the case, we have to just "stumble across" them. At this time there is no record of the headstones - just the actual burials. I will keep an eye out for her headstone as I take other pictures - just in case....I know there are other Pattens in that cemetery.

Thank you for the information on Asahel's parents. Could you please check him to see if I have the correct parents? I would appreciate it. We own an Asahel Cheney tall clock that he built around 1805 when he was a resident of Royalton. The original owner of the clock was Jonathan Carpenter who ran a tavern in Randolph Center in the early 1800s. It was passed down through the family until my father-in-law purchased in the 1970s. We inherited it from him. The clock has always remained in Randolph Center. The Cheney's did very nice work.

I had no luck with anyone regarding the obviously duplicated entries between those two cemeteries (East and Cheney)- I'm not in that area and still don't understand exactly what's going on and why they are listed as they are, just found the problem when I was looking for someone to link to one of my entries in SC. You might get in touch with KAM or anyone else that has entries for the Cheneys and ask for management yourself, then you can update the entries and make sure they are in the right cemetery.

any obits I send you just need to be "copied" and "pasted" - do you do that? if not, and that's not a problem, pls transfer those people to me...if you don't know how, I can teach you...thanks for all the great work you've done!!! you are an asset to findagrave! :) k
Thank you for the edits to the information for Frances Freeman Keeler. Much appreciated.

Hi there! First of all thank you so much for all the work you do for us amateur genealogists out there.
I wanted to make a correction: The Find a grave for Joseph Zampini, my great grandfather, is correct; However, his wife is buried WITH him, in Torrington. Her name was Filomena Iacovino Zampini, who died 24 Aug 1934. The Amoroso that you have as Joseph's wife is INCORRECT.
Thank you so much!

Hello, I believe I have a copy of the article for Mrs Elizabeth Horan's funeral. It is a copy of the newspaper page from the Manchester Evening Herald, Manchester, Conn., Wednesday, July 15, 1942. If you are interested, let me know and I will either email it or type it out for you. ~Camillia
