RE: Lewis Stelle
Hi. There are newspaper articles from the Scranton Republican on his death and burial in Hickory Grove. Do you have (or if not want) them?

RE: Lewis Stelle
Sure enough, the death certificate says Hickory Grove. I stupidly looked at the extract of the document rather than the document itself. Anyway, one thing that makes me think it's unlikely I'll find a stone is that there's a listing of the names in the cemetery (as of 2005 or so) and Lewis Stelle isn't included. There is no claim by the creator of the list that it's all-inclusive, but I've found it to be reliable so far. And, of course, just because there isn't a marker doesn't mean he isn't there. I'll keep my eyes open, but I have my doubts that I can fulfill your request.

Lewis Stelle
Hi. Just wanted to check on your documentation for Lewis Stelle being in Hickory Grove. I did a quick search there today without luck. There are a couple Steeles, but I didn't see any Stelles. Something in the back of my mind tells me I've seen a Stelle marker somewhere else in the area, but I can't recall where. I saw his death certificate had him located in Scranton, which places him in this general area, but isn't a natural fit for Hickory Grove.

Thanks ... Tim

Thank you so much for taking the photos of the gravestone for the Meal family. It is very much appreciated!! Is it possible that sons George and Lewis are also on the stone? I had been told that the 3 sons were each on a different side around the top with the 2 parents and 2 daughters on different sides around the base.
Thanks so much
