|Barret William McAuliffe||Sorry for the Mislead|
So so so sorry for misleading you on taking the photos, got out to the cemetery and was taking photos, about 15 minutes in Trouble starts. Gunshots on the road ran the other way, I walked and i'm 15 to the place so had no car and just wanted to get out.
Thanks For Understanding,
|Mary Jane Kratzenberg Senn||RE: Hannah Stranger Bost|
Thanks for the article on Jacob, I found him on the 1870 census he was 34 years older than his wife Amanda born about 1803. I am going to bury him at Lobbs Run Cemetery with his wife and will use your note in the bio section. I have sent edits for his son William Bigerton to connect his parents. Still looking for daughters Anna and Eliza.
Again if I have any Bosts you want let me know.
|Mary Jane Kratzenberg Senn||Hannah Stranger Bost|
Thank you for the information on Hannah, I have made the corrections and was able to connect her with her mother and brother, I will continue the search for her father. If you find additional information please let me know.
If I have any Bost memorials that you would like transferred let me know.

Thank you for trying to find grave stones for these members of my family. I appreciate the time you took to look for them and to notify me that they can not be found. Have a nice day.

Hello, J. I borrowed a privately published book today that details John Tucker and his family (among others). There is a notation from 1980 that states that Clarence B. Williamson was in possession of John Tucker's family Bible. I am wondering what your relationship is with Clarence and if you have any knowledge of John Tucker's Bible. John Tucker was my 2nd great-grandfather.

Ft. Lincoln Cemetery
In order to have your request fulfilled, please call Lincoln Cemetery and ask for the exact location of the grave. They can be a little difficult about giving out this information and it may take several calls. Just keep bugging them. 301-864-5090. Post the location in the memorial page in order to have your request fulfilled. It is impossible for requests to be fulfill the request without this info because they will not give it to us. The cemetery is huge and can not be walked.

Hi, I recently went to this cemetery and took photos of all the headstones available. I am interested in knowing where you got your info from. I would like to know about Thomas Quay (Oct. 1786 - May 10, 1849). He is probably the father of Mary Quay who married John Scott and is also buried there. There was no headstone for him.
I have added 2 people whose headstones were in the cemetery: Georgie Dougles, and another James Wallace (it seems John & Jane Wallace named 2 of their children James and 2 children John).
I also have 3 others that are not on your list: 1)"To the Memory of Dear Little Robert"; 2)"Our Dear Little Boy 1858"; and 3)"(cut off) Born in Manchester, England June 15, 1829, died in Port Hope May 20, 1865. Any idea who these might be?
Could you also please check the date of death for Thomas Wallace. The headstone looks like 1842 or 1847.
Thanks in advance, Liz Gowanlock

The Sandusky library has Downing Cemetery records. They also have obits.

Sorry, but I deleted it about 2 months ago. Should be able to take another one this week...if the snow and/or rain stops! I only live 5 minutes from that cemetery.

I'll see what I can find out when I go up to the cemetery in the next week or so. I was up there on Tuesday but the Sexton was very busy so I didn't bother him with my long list of questions. It's very rare when he's not busy so it may take more than one trip to find out.
