I checked the Woodlawn book for the location of Mary Adams Judd Page. There is no record of her in Woodlawn Cemetery in Independence, Jackson, Missouri. What source did you use? Family members have requested a picture and I tried to locate her without success of being here. Thanks

|JLB||RE: John Henry Harrison Dart|
Greetings from Lakewood, Washington. A while ago I attempted to fulfill a photo request for John Henry Harrison Dart, whom you believed was buried in the Steilacoom Masonic Cemetery. Since that unsuccessful attempt, I have made it a objective of my daily searches to validate burials to locate any reference to a John Henry Harrison Dart in this cemetery. I am at a dead end in my search and need some assistance. Would you please send me whatever materials you have accumulated which leads you to believe that Mr. Dart is buried here. I have launched a project to mark every documented grave within this cemetery and Mr. Dart's grave remains among those undocumented, and accordingly, cannot be marked. If you have a continuing interest in this person this matter should be of interest to you. If not, I will remove John Henry Harrison Dart from the Steilacoom Masonic Cemetery directory.

|Nikita Barlow||UPDATE: John Oliphant|
Re: my earlier message
John Oliphant is buried in Section I, Tier 22 of North Street Cemetery, an historic burial ground in Auburn, NY, that is no longer active. The transcription on his gravestone indicates that he died on December 8, 1831. "AE 60 Years".
North Street Cemetery is on the Findagrave cemetery roster, and you can transfer John's memorial page to that location simply by changing the cemetery info.
|Nikita Barlow||"Auburn Cemetery"|
I noticed that you have made a photo request for an Olyphant burial in an "Auburn Cemetery" in Cayuga County, NY. There never was an "Auburn Cemetery" in that county, however, and it should not have been added to the cemetery listings. There are cemeteries in Auburn, NY, but these are Fort Hill Cemetery, North Street Cemetery, St. Peter's Churchyard, and the State Street burial ground.
If you check the Find-a-Grave burials listed for above, and/or the Cayuga County GenWeb site, you will probably find the Olyphant burial, & be able to have your photo request fulfilled.
|JLB||RE: John Henry Harrison Dart|
Greetings from Lakewood, Washington. I am a member of Steilacoom Masonic Lodge Number 2, and have done voluntary cleanup work and grave grooming in the Steilacoom Masonic Cemetery for some time. Certainly, due to the methods of processing the remains of a deceased person for burial in the 1800/1900's, there are many graves in this cemetery which will never be discovered. The most accurate guide I have to start searches for lost grave stones is a short book entitled Stelicoom Masonic Cemetery by Harriet Baker Dodge in 1963. I have found a few markers Ms. Dodge apparently missed and, likewise, she lists several markers which were lost to nature, destroyed by vandals or, were marked on some temporary media which has since disappeared. However, Sir, I have no record, either in the original record of lot sales beginning in 1883, or any other source which leads me to believe that a person named John Henry Harrison Dart is even buried in Steilacoom Masonic Cemetery. I am trying to compile a complete listing of burials, by lot number for Lodge records and I would appreciate whatever information you have obtained regarding Mr. Dart, and which may assist me in locating and recording his grave. Should you have Find A Grave related needs with which I can assist in the Tacoma, Lakewood, JBLM, Olympia, Washington area. please let me know and I'll be happy to help.
