Hello my name is Juanita I'm married with 2 girls 2 wonderful grandsons and 1 sweet grandaughter. This is all new to me but already i have been able to help a few people and found some interesting stones also I'm saddened at how at a couple of cemetaries some of the stones are almost grown over with grass or covered by trees i try to clean them off when i can.

RE: family
yes we are in deed related. your mother's mother, Harriet Jacobson and my Grandmother, Marguerite Jacobson Compton are sisters. I believe i met your mother this past spring at my Uncle Richards memorial service in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.

I sometimes visit my Grandparents graves and noticed that the Jacobson's who are at Oakview Cemetery, that some of them were already on here and needed photos. so i took them one time when i was visiting and put them up. they are not the best of photos; however, they are something until i get a chance to get better ones.

Welcome to the world of Findagrave as a volunteer photographer. Did you go out with Pam Matteson to the cemetery and trim the hedge in front of her gravestone? If you did, thanks. Just a small request/suggestion for future photos: you need to get more full on to the grave markers so that the name on the stones can be read. While I know it is suppose to say Harriet's name on the stone, I can't read it nor can I read the dates. It is very important to get a clear shot -- even one's blocked by bushes such as this one was and has been now for a number of years. Therefore I was wondering if you could go back and take a photo that does show Harriet's name as a close up and post. If you need to delete the one you just took and replace it with the one of just her name, that would be fine as well. I would greatly appreciate it if you could. Again, welcome to the world of Find A Grave!
