RE: Honor Chilcote grave
The stone is in 4 pieces, 3 in the dirt and one lying on the base. The cemetery is right up against the road and theirs is in the first row, less than 2 feet from the road edge. I would think that maybe a snowplow or vehicle knocked them down and broke them in years past. The cemetery is very old, and is not in bad condition, except for it's age. It does not appear to have been vadalized. Someone lives directly across from it and I was watched the entire time I was there! I guess that is a good thing!

RE: Honor Chilcote grave
I had to do a little excavating to clear the stone, I knew she was Nathan's wife, so I assumed she would be next to him. Since it was in such bad shape, I took a couple of different photos and finally chalked the stones. I hope it is OK for your use. The cemetery is out in the middle of NOWHERE, on gravel roads. Almost the entire cemetery are Chilcote family graves. Good luck on your family research.
