|Dianne Wages||Correction of information|
Sorry forgot to add that Joel was not from Laurens County, SC. He was from Richland County. I even found a record of him requesting compensation for testifying at a criminal trial that is dated 1825. His wife Sarah was also from Richland County. Her mother, Elizabeth, and her grandmother, Sarah, were both born in Laurens County, SC.

You have some information on Joel's wife Harriett Martin. She is part of my family tree and I was wondering if you had any other information? Thank you
|Jon||RE: Nancy Gilbert-Clark|
I don't have any information on a Nancy Gilbert. I had two wives listed for Rufus Clark; Nancey Coffee and Kisiah Braswell. I'll have to check the source of my info when I get home to see what else it says.
Where did you find the info. regarding Nancy Gilbert?

I received your message about Rufus Clark. The Rufus I have listed had a son named Rufus. He lived 1854-1926. Could this be the one who was married to Charity Elizabeth Barber b.11/12/1857? If not, then I have a serious mistake in my information!
Thanks for contacting me.
