Jane McPherson McCall
Thank you so much on finding this lady, we have been looking years for her and Dougal - Dougal can't find. Now did you just find obit and census?? We wrote Maplewood but they searched and can't find. Are you related or do you have more info especially re: maiden name? Also where she maybe buried.
Sincerely Bernie McCall

It was a privilege to be able to start memorials for a lot of folks in Ripon Cemetery. I'm pleased to be able to transfer all 5 of your family members. It will be nice to visit memorials when and if you add pictures.

Please make transfer requests through the edit tabs and include your exact relationship.

Find a Grave rules about what goes in photo space:
The photo area is ONLY to be used for photos of the person, their grave, their family, their house. A scan of your grandmother's manuscript would be perfectly acceptable in the photo area, because it is an image that is personally attached to the deceased. All 'non-personal' images must be added to the "Virtual Flowers" section, using the Custom Scrapbook functionality. 'Non-personal' images include animated GIFS, MIDI files, images of flowers, angels, flags, banners, coats of arms, etc. To add an image to the "Virtual Flowers" section, simply click on the 'Add A Flower and Note" link and choose 'My Scrapbook' from the popup list and follow the onscreen instructions.
Please submit your info through the edit button on each page.

Sorry, but the original memorial is being kept and the second memorial is being removed. The original memorial was edited to be a part of the Elmwood Cemetery. You will see that both memorials now reside in Elmwood. It's the older, the original memorial that will be kept and is in accordance with FindAGrave. Thanks!

Would you add the two photos for Johnny Curtis' headstone and story to the other memorial page. Find A Grave Memorial# 37166611
I am now managing both pages and since the other one was created first, I'm going to keep it and remove this one. Thanks so much!!

Thank you so much. I would love to contact Henry and Loekie directly to ask more details about the story. I could call them or send something in the mail or email. Do you think that would be possible? A private message via my email link would be best to share this info if possible. Thanks again!

I started to cry when I saw this memorial tonight. Thank you so much for adding the photo and the story about how the headstone was located and preserved. This child was my 2nd great-grandfather's son, and brother to my great-grandfather, William Rushmer Curtis. I have a memorial created for Johnny that documented a different cemetery where he was buried. A volunteer looked and looked and looked for the headstone in the other cemetery, but never found it. We concluded that if there was a headstone, it was no longer there. Please review the other memorial that I created for Johnny before I delete it or somehow merge it with what you've added to his other memorial. The one I created is at #37166611
Please see the blog I have created about this Curtis family at http://benjamin-kingman-curtis.blogspot.com - researching this family has been my passion for over 30 years. I would love to have an original image, one that I could add to my blog and to the family history records that I have. If that's possible, you could send it to my email link on my profile page. If photos were taken of the headstone in the tree before it was removed, I would love to add that whole story, including photos, to our family history.
Again, thank you so much for adding the photos. I really can't thank you enough!
Sincerely, Fran Jensen
They are my great-great grandparents. Are you related to them also? If so, would you like to share information?

Thank you for the Cheney tombstone photo. I am so pleased to see that he has a Civil War tombstone- I didn't know he was a soldier in that war! Homer in Tucson
