Greenlawn's Williams family
I found Henry and Della Williams daughter and son-in-law. I added her along with pics of all the headstones and footstones. I know you are researching the Williams name and thought you might be interested in them. Ellen Joyce Williams Barwick memorial # is 145643379. Have a blessed day! ~Angie~

Knight family ties
I have two Knight families with ties to me, Ella Joe Knight Ball. My grandmother's mother was Frances Fannie Knight McCully..Her mother was a Hunter.
My dad William Horace Knight was the son of Thomas S Knight and Maggie Susan Roscoe. His father and mother was William Alexander and Mary Cato Knight..researched to John and Mary Knight???

Both Knight families lived in Old Store, Chesterfield.
Millie Ann Knight's mother was Martha Hunter Knight and Levy Knight Millie Ann Knight married William Massey Knight
If you have any information on either or both Knight families I would appreciate your help.

RE: Dixon Barnes Crenshaw
Linda,

Photo removed. My bad! Suggestion - put in another photo request and I will go back and try again. It will be about 2 weeks before I can do that.

Thanks,

Carl

RE: Pictures from Heath Springs book
Linda,

Mary Elizabeth Gillum Williams was my mother - June Beaver Vincent's grandmother. I borrowed the book from The Lancaster County Library. If you google Andrea VanLandingham, Heath Springs, SC; you will get info about her books. I talked with Andee about 6 months ago and she did not have any copies for sale. Your other option would be to contact Lancaster County Historian Lindsay Pettus and see if he now has anything. He had nothing about 6 months ago. Some of the info I found is as follows:

http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~ncunion/sale_list.htm
HEATH SPRINGS, SOUTH CAROLINA 1752-1970, by Andrea Deborah VanLandingham
Steen-- $35.00 plus $5 P & H
STONEBORO- AN HISTORICAL SKETCH OF A SOUTH CAROLINA COMMUNITY, by Andrea
Deborah VanLandingham Steen -- $10.00 plus $5 P & H
ORDER FROM: ANDREA STEEN, 4309 TWITTY MILL RD, HEATH SPRINGS, SC 29058.

Available from: Lindsay Pettus, P. O. Box 1075, Lancaster, SC 29721 - Telephone #803-285-9455.
HEATH SPRINGS, SOUTH CAROLINA 1752-1970, by Andrea Deborah VanLandingham Steen $35 plus $5 P & H
STONEBORO- AN HISTORICAL SKETCH OF A SOUTH CAROLINA COMMUNITY, $10 plus $5 P & H

=============================

I don't know whether this will help or not. If you live near Lancaster, your best approach may be the Lancaster County Library. If I can help further, please let me know.

Thanks,

Carl

Knight Family
Sorry... I have searched all of my files and cannot find a connection with the Knight names you sent me. Wish I could be of some help. Good luck on your search. I'll keep an eye out for anything that may seem like your Knight family line.

You asked if I had other pictures - the best person to ask that question is the person who gave the photo to me, or his wife. Try asking asgardner@comporium.net. Amy is a charm with a heart of gold. She is Sarah's grandaughter.

Linda,

The other picture is Willliam Knight. I just added his memorial with the additional pictures. I could not make out the dates.

There is a plot of Douglas Cemetery in the genealogy department at Lancaster County Library. I will go up there and see what dates they have and add them in the next couple of days.

Thanks,

Carl

RE: Williams photos
I have linked them together (all you have to do is select the relationship link and had the memorial # of the person you want to link them to), and I transferred ownership over to you since they're your grandparents.

Have a blessed day!
