You sent through an edit for John Taylor, linking him to his parents. But part of that edit removes the link to his wife Emma and makes her an Unknown. So I've declined that edit but I went in manually and made the parent links. Just wanted you to know why I declined.

Your Dad was one of the folks who gave me a theory about why they are where they are. A bizarre situation, no? I've never seen anything like it. Nice to hear from you cousin!

just trying to update cemetery records
|Sherry Wilson||Francis Hill|
On the death certificate for Francis Hill (the son) who d. 1909 it says his father is Francis Henry Hill.
A lisa Kalmbach database on ancestry has his as Francis Henry also. I do where a few people have him listed at John Francis though.
On the marriage of Francis Hill and Sarah (Watts) Cooper in 1838 is says Francis Jr.

Glad you found all the photos to your liking. We don't know what the FCB stands for; my husband is guessing Fire Company B, but that may be way off. We would suggest that you call the Henniker City Hall and see if they know. We used the cemetery books there to locate the burial location for Hiram, to see if he was listed first of all, and then to get the plot and find it on the map in the book. The cemetery is quite large and would be very time consuming to just walk. You might also try Google and put in FCB and see what comes up. The medal star is for a Veteran, but it doesn't state which war. If you ever have other burials in this one or the Old Cemetery there, we would suggest you call city hall and see if they would look up the location so it could be post to your photo request. I am also adding this info to the cemetery web page.
We have no idea about the blank half of his marker; it would be assumed it was for a wife.

Sorry to be so long in answering your question. I just now, 9/5/2013, read your request.
Unfortunately I know very little about Adam DOSER and his family. All that I have been able to discover is listed at Ancestry.com at this page:
Nearly All of the information I have posted regarding Adam I gleaned at Ancestry.com.
Adam was the second husband of my ggGrandmother Elizabeth SCHLAMP, WEIDENHEIMER, DOSER. She was Adam's second wife.
