Mary Katherine Gilbert Vawters
Thanks so much for posting Mary Katherine 's photo.
I never meet Mary but we communitated through email. Her husband Richard's family back to Sarah Rumble Torkington and my great great grandfather were cousins. I have letters written to her sister Jane Shanklin back in the late to early 1800's to 1900's. One of several letters mentions that Sarah Rumble Torkington had a costume shop in Rochester NY and Richard Vawtes had some of her Costumes.
I can now put a face with her name. Are you related to Mary?

Harold & Elizabeth Ford
I went to take a photo of the headstone, and searched the area (Block 1 lot 60, as directed by the cemetery records) and did not find them. The headstones were very old, and many (many!) were unreadable. So they is probably there, but I cannot find a specific stone that was theirs.

I took pictures of Asahel Wilkins gravestones. I posted too many and now his picture does not appear on the memorial page any more. Feel free to copy the pictures to your computer and delete them if you would like to. Thank you. Weezie

I posted a memorial for Richard Lory 1868-1895. His grave is located right next to Mary and Thomas Lory. If this is a relative, please let me know and I will transfer management to you.

Hi Judy: You have an interesting family in Riverside Cemetery. I was easily able to find elizabeth and Samuel Ford in Section 1 plot 52. Your request for young Elizabeth and Harold is Section 1 Plot 60. There is city record of a stillborn child born in 1893 also buried there. The headstone that is in the plot shows a side with 1893 listed on it with the name Edmond. On another side are the names Beatrice 1889 and Myrtle 1892-1894.Could Myrtle and Elizabeth be the same and a name mistake was made? There is a name above these with the date 1887 but I can't make out the name. And the 3rd side lists John EH with dates 1890 to 1900. Is this Harold? I am hesitant to download the photos in case they are incorrect. Please advise. Thanks, Pati
