Margaret Cole Drake
I am a direct desendant of Margaret through the Drake line. My mother's maiden name was Drake! I was so excited to find what you have done for us in the USA. Most of our ancesters came from Europe some where. In 1968-1970 we lived in Newmarket for 4 years. My husband was in the Military and we were stationed at RAF Mildenhall. We loved England. I loved to do my shopping in Cambridge! Our first pet was a Scottie from somewhere close to it. We had been married for 3 years. He was returning from VietNam and I had stayed in Hawaii near his parents. We had traveled half way around the world to reach the dear shores of England.
Our first son/child was born there. We traveled all over Great Britain and the Continent. We had started working on our genealogy just before we were sent to England. I wasn't back in my research as far as G.B. so we couldn't visit our ancestors homes or graves, or meet any living! I am also related to a Captain John McBain(?) from Dundee. Your work has made me want to come back and visit m ancestors homeland again!! Please feel free to email me if you have any thing else to share! I would love to meet you someday!

James Stewart and Sarah Fleshman
These are my husbands 6th great grandparents, it was so surprising to find this much info on them. I would love to hear any more info anyone may have on them, I read that they were divorced, as he was Moravian Church and her Presbyterian. My husbands name is John Kone, switched from Coon a long time ago. Dorothy Stewart was his 5th great grandmother. A copy of the whole will would be nice. Thanks for all of the cool info.

Robert Lemmon (# 81719022)
Hello, katiej,

I have continued my research on Robert Lemmon since I last contacted you a month ago, and am writing again to see if you might be able to help me. I am trying to positively show that Robert is Sarah Lemmon Christie's father so I can add Robert as a supplemental ancestor to my Sons of the American Revolution membership. So far, I am turning up blanks. The only "proof" of that link is Find a Grave, other trees on Ancestry.com, and various unsourced references online. In searching Robert's DAR record online (DAR Ancestor #A069571), all approved DAR applications went through his son James or daughter Elizabeth.

Would you be able to assist me in positively verifying that Sarah is also a child of Robert Lemmon? Thank you in advance for your consideration.

RE: robert and eleanor Lemmon
Thank you so much. Unfortunately, I don't have very much information on Simon or Eleanor. I appreciate your letting me know you're an ancestor, too! If you have any information about them you'd be willing to share, I'd really appreciate that.

RE: James Bush and Martha Cheese
I'm glad it was helpful. My memory is so bad I don't remember when and how much information I gave you. I hope I gave you the source for the marriage.
Good luck with your family history research.
