I don't have anything other than the tombstone and his death certificate that state he was buried in Alliance. Without seeing what a cousin sent you, I would think that confidence would be rather high that he was there with his wife in Alliance. I could call the cemetery in Alliance and ask if they have any data that supports if Howard Riddle is buried there or not.

Addendum to the last message. My memory was incorrect of the data concerning Howard passing away and his accident being in Alliance. His death certificate does state that he died in Wadsworth City Hospital, so I deduct that the accident must have happened there, because it says his home was in Alliance, the funeral home that took care of him was from Alliance and that he was buried in Alliance. I'm just wondering if you had placed him as being buried in Wadsworth simply because he died there.

You have a memorial for Howard Riddle 80058431 in Woodlawn Cemetery in Wadsworth, OH. There is no pic of the grave. The memorial is linked to the Howard Riddle family of Sylvester Eli & Mary Elizabeth (Sickle) Riddle. The problem I found was that his death certificate states he was buried in Alliance, where he lived and died after he was injured when caught between a train and building. There is a memorial there as well and a tombstone (92815231) with his name and dates on it. Since there was no pic of the tombstone in Wadsworth, where did your data come from that he was buried there. I'm only trying to find out which final resting place is correct and I appreciate your time and effort.

You're very welcome. If she's family and you would like a transfer - just let me know. K
|Paul Rolfe||RE: Ellen Riddle|
I believe Ellen's husband was Pressley F. Riddle. Can you confirm?
|Paul Rolfe||Ellen Riddle|
I am not related to this lady and it appears you might be. I will transfer her if you want to manage the memorial. Also, you might want to know there are a number of additional Riddle graves in this cemetery as well as some Merrill graves that do not yet appear on findagrave.

I agree it can sometimes be confusing. I checked my other sources to confirm it is Letha Simmons. I would not doubt that maybe John Albright was married to both women. Amy Letha might have passed away before he married Letha.

No. Letha Simmons and John C Albright were married 04 Dec 1845 in Johnson County, IL.

Thank you, but I do not wish to transfer, and a cousin is not an mandatory transfer. Should you have links and a bio, I am glad to process those. As you know you can add pictures without my consent. Please do not add info in a flower, as members are not notified when a flower is added and it will never get into the bio that way.
