RE: William and Agnes Davis
Hi G.W.
Thanks for the contact about Agnes and William Davis. My records show that they were my 5th great-grandparents on my paternal side the of the family.

As to grave markers, they are virtual markers and do not really exist. There is a program on the ‘net' that will allow you to add any lettering you like and then you can place the maker anyplace of your choice. I figured that since they died in 1813 and 1818, one would never find a real maker, so why not have something on Find A Grave to give them a little identity.

If you need more information let me know and keep in touch.

What a delight to hear from you.

After Aunt Hattie moved from Folkston to Hortense we always went by to see her and Uncle Jake; also Aunt Maggie, Aunt Nina, Aunt Effie and of course my grandmother Willie. I do miss every one of them, but know I will see them again:)

Sending you copies of the photo's I have is no problem. Just tell me which ones you want, will also see if I or any of my sisters have more. We are picture hounds! Family history has also been a little hobby of mine, but I do not spend much time with that anymore.

No charge either. I love doing for my family members (even if I have not seen you in a Coon's age).

Nice hearing from you. A picture of myself and my wife on our wedding day is in the Westberry book along with a photo of my son Carter. I have a poem called "the Preacher Man" that is also on the WestberryMoses site. Thank you again for sponsoring the site. I really appreciate your generosity. I have the book and will look you up. Bob

Thank you very much for sponsoring this memorial for my 5th great grandfather. Are you related to Moses?
