If you have time, please leave flowers/note for Shawn D Thomas, 176455067. He died on Feb. 2 as the result of injuries from a vehicle crash in Africa. Buried in Arlington National Cemetery this week.|
Duplicate memorials: if I have made one, let me know; I will ask FAG administrators to merge into one. They have been very helpful in the past to merge duplicate memorials. When FAG administrators merge two memorials, none of the flowers, etc. are deleted. If you have made a duplicate memorial of one of my memorials, please be kind enough to delete when asked to do so or ask FAG to merge your memorial with mine.
Edits: Please send a note using the edit tab as to where you found the information you would like edited. This will help so I don't have to do further research. Thanks
Thanks to everyone who have left flowers and notes on my Uncle: Augustus (Gus or Junior) Byrd (# 48422763), who died in a Japanese Prison Camp in 1943. This brave soldier as well as all others who have served and/or given their life for their Country, in any war or act of aggression, deserve all the honor and respect we can give them.
NO Death certificates, please! Although permissable by FAG, they really are in poor taste and take up space that could be used for photos.
Special thanks to all FAG members who have so graciously transferred memorials to me. Your kindness and generosity are very much appreciated.

Hi Birdgirl, I've seen it written on Ancestry and it's listed as 'Mark' on his daughter's death certificate. I have the birth certificate posted on her Find A Grave memorial. If I can find more documentation, I will let you know. Hope this helps. Claudie E Cheely # 176184368

In the Moore cemetery, all I took were photos of the front of the cemetery, but none of the graves in it. When I went, there was a really big dog in the yard of the house right next to it, and he really didn't like anybody being around there. He was tied up, but I decided not to chance it anyway, so I left it and never got around to going back. Looks like Theron Rogers was just there last week and photoed the graves.

HOW CAN WE GET THIS CEMETERY PUT IN THE CORRECT COUNTY. IT IS IN NEWTON COUNTY AND NOT JASPER? IT IS NEXT TO THE WATTERS(WATERS) CEMETERY.

I just looked and it appears correct to me. Perhaps I am missing something.....
