I have been doing genealogy for over 35 years and love it. I love helping people find their family trees. I think that is so important to do in a person's life. To find out where they came from. I have ejoyed findagrave and it has helped me greatly. I hope to be able to help people also.

RE: Harris in Woodland
The plot plan for the 12 space lot they are buried in just has two names; James and Sarah. No dates. There are no other by that name listed. Hopefully this is your ancestors. Did James serve in Company A of the 54 Ohio (Might also be 154) during the Civil War?

Harris in Woodland
Posted picture for James Harris. He has veterans monument. Sarah has no stone, but is buried next to James. Verified this with cemetery plot plan

RE: Arthur allen
You are most welcome. I enjoy taking and posting the photos. Also, it is nice getting thank you notes from people. I know I am most appreciative when I get a photo. My wife had a great uncle who was killed at Gettsyburg that we didn't know about until we got into the geneology research. Now we have a photo of his final resting place. It gives us and we hope him some peace!

RE: Michel/Mitchell Allen
I never noticed/considered looking at a different name, but I think you're definitely right, so I added the headstone to him as well. Who knows what the real spelling is, but I think this headstone is most certainly his. Also, FYI, I noticed there were a lot of "Allens" buried in this cemetery but not a lot of headstone pictures, so I took pictures of all the Allen headstones I could find while I was there and posted all the pics that no one had posted yet, so you might want to check those out, if any of those are also related to you. Bryan
