Bio Photo My sister has done genealogy for 30 yrs,and I would help when she needed it. When I found out that my husband,Jim didn't know anything about his family especially on the Caffey side. His dad died before Jim was born. I told him if he could wait I would find his family and living relatives too. What became as a quest 6 years ago has become a lifes work. We did find his family, living cousins on both sides of the family and even made a connection with John Caffey who fought with George Washington and Lafayette in the American Revolution. He now is a member of the SAR.
We have had a lot of help from people giving of their time and sharing information and photos. Find A Grave has been a wonderful place to meet new friends and share what we have found.
Our family lines we are researching on my side;Withrow,Quesada,Carlisle,Garvin,Tripp,Berry,Salyer,Nelms,Holt,Crosby,Montgomery and many more. On the Caffey side they are;Caffey,Hockman,Bethel, Ashley,Baldwin,Scates,Quisenberry,Eiland,Thomas, and also many more.

Is there someone from Susan Cox Wiley's husband presently I might contact. If I could show a couple of my pictures to someone alive today, they might could recognize a relative in the photos. I can be reached at Thanks!

Cox-Montgomery families
I saw your picture of Susan Velma Cox Wiley's grave. I am looking for a contact of Susan's who might help me identify some old family pictures. It would go back to her early twenties, maybe younger. Anyone pertaining to her Cox family would be helpful. Thanks in advance! Liz Cox

Hello, my mom's sister is Lavon Carlise. I was just wondering how you are related to the Carlises. I just started doing genealogy and I have gotten addicted. Thanks for sharing. Ronda
