Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am nearing the end of my third cemetery renovation - Union Cemetery near the former Sample community, Gonzales County. When it seemed nobody else had the time/energy/interest, I decided to take on the renovation, since I have great-great-grandparents buried there. I've had 77 birthdays and still energetic. I will get photos into findagrave.com as quickly as possible.

Findagrave Reminder
Please remember to always check the database before you add a memorial. You have created many duplicates. Please go through the memorials that you have added and delete any duplicate memorials that you created in each cemetery. Thanks very much.

Marjorie,
Don't give up on me. I am presently in the hospital. Hope to be back home by the weekend. We can address this issue then. Chuck

Shaving Cream
It says in the Find A Grave rules not to use it. I have seen the prolonged damage it can do to a stone. It you just use a small dusting of 'all natural' dirt, it does the job just fine and the advantage is that when it rains, the stone is restored to its original look.

Sorry I can not give these photos to you I not have excess to them. You need to either contact Dianne Boren (manager) or Elaine Zikuhr ( contributor) they are both at the lower potion of memorial. It seems Dianne put in Robert's photo and a Martha Reid did Clara's

Hi, I will go out tomorrow afternoon to see if I can find Cunningham Cemetery. Hopefully, I will be able to get your photos at that time. I will let you know one way or the other. I am working on my application for DRT also. I am trying to get mine done by our September 9th meeting. My problems are the records for proof. But, I will get there. Thanks, Judy Sien

I would love to help you except I live in Delaware and its a long way to Mt Vernon Cemetery. It appears the reason you could not put in a request is that someone else has already made one for both Alexander and Nancy. The system will only allow one request per memorial. I too am waiting on a request to be filled at that cemetery and have been waiting since July 2008. Guess there is no one near there.

I had added the names to the site when I came across a listing of people buried at that cemetery. I only had a paper to go on.

Wish I could help more
