Marvin/Mills/Butler research
Charlene,

Hi. I noticed on genealogy.com and here on find-a-grave that you had an interest in the Frederick Butler and Thomas Marvin. Frederick Butler, of Lawrence, MA, was my 4th great uncle, and I have recently done a lot of work on researching his family tree, if you would like to chat about it by e-mail sometime.

I am still trying to figure out how Thomas Marvin figures into the picture. I found his name as a signatory of James Butler (Frederick Butler's brother's) Will from 1854. Thomas Marvin also married Rachel Mills in Lawrence, MA, on 3 Sep 1851. Rachel Mills had lived in James and Frederick Butler's household during the 1850 Federal Census in Dorchester, MA. I assume she was a niece of theirs somehow, but haven't been able to discover exactly who her parents were. James and Fred came from a family of 14 siblings, one of whom, Thomas Butler, was my g-g-g Grandfather. They had three sisters, Rachel, Elizabeth, and Leah. I know Leah died in England still married to her husband Richard Reeves, so I don't think she was Rachel's mother. That leaves Rachel and Elizabeth as possibilities.

Anyways, let me know if you would like to compare notes sometime.

Adelia A Roth Germann
I was wondering if you would transfer Adelia to me as her husband was my cousin and I have the memorial for him and I would like to link them together. Thank you so much!

Robinson
i tried to leave you a message on the memorial, but it would not let me. On the memorial 44819820 for George Robinson.. I think you meant to list Robinson as his surname not his maiden name..
