My name is Randall Berry. My ancestry includes: William Berry of Strawberry Bank,Portsmouth New Hampshire; Nicholas Norton of Martha's Vineyard, Massachusetts; William Dyer of Sheepscot, Maine.|
Located in Livermore, Maine.
I've done a few volunteer photos and tend to take photos of other stones with similar family names as requested. I also have a few that are mostly of local historical interest. I would be happy to transfer any to family members or people that are able to add biographical information or family links. I signed up to volunteer to add a few photos but have been surprised by the information that I have received in the first few days.

I was wondering if I could have a transfer for these four just to correct the burial. They are not buried in Old Pleasant Hill Cemetery, but in the new part across the street.

Hi Randall, ☺
I know it's quite a list but I was wondering if you would mind transffering 5 memorial you created to me so I can correct the burial place, as it is a common mistake made. The older part of Pleasant Hill Cemetery, the sign has been changed and it's caused confusion. If you want me to, I'll transfer these back to you after.
* Charles H. Gorden (1863-1952)
* His wife, Mabel A. Gorden (1869-1960)
* Their daughter, Kathryn Myers (1898-1992)
* Walter L. Gorden (1896-1976)
* His wife, Mary A. (Pulsifer) Gorden (1897-1981)

It's been a handful of years but we once spoke of my great grandfather, Reggie Cook, correct me if I'm wrong, and how you said you used to work with him I believe. I'm his gr granddaughter. Remember now? ☺
Anyway, since you are the creator of Deacon Livermore's memorial and perhaps you are also interested in the town history as I am, I thought maybe you'd like to know something...
The deacon had another wife, his first wife was Dinah Harrington. She died on Nov. 30, 1759 and is buried in Grove Hill Cemetery in Waltham, MA. I've sent a request on her memorial page for them to be linked as husband and wife and I'm awaiting results.
I was wondering if you could add this list of his children to his bio section:
Child by first wife, Dinah Harrington:
* Abigail, b. Nov. 20, 1758; m. Rev. Elisha Williams; d. 1817.
Children by second wife, Hannah Clark:
* Sophia, b.____; m. John Appleton.
* William, b. Jan. 9, 1763; d. In Louisiana, 1832.
* Hannah, b. Nov. 22, 1764; d. Jan., 1785.
* Isaac, b. May 7, 1768; d. Oct., 1820.
* Sarah, b. Dec. 7, 1770; m. Robert Pierpont; d. Feb. 19, 1847.
* Anna, b. April 6, 1775; m. Dr. Cyrus Hamlin.
* Samuel and Betsey, b. 1778. Samuel married Lura Chase and died Nov. 26, 1823. Betsey, his twin, died 1779.

Thank you. Your kindness is most appreciated, but I do like to give credit for a job well done, in this case the beautiful photography of the cemetery.
Thank you for the Find a Grave photo of the headstone for my 5th great grandfather, Benjamin Whittier and wife Mary Whittier. I would like to put this photo of his headstone on my ancestry.com family tree, and give you full credit for the photo.

Thank you so much for the transfer. We live in Colorado and hope to get back to Maine one of these years - but not this year. Will you be going to the reunion?
|Laurie Small Webb||RE: Red Schoolhouse Cemetery|
On Ancestry.com it shows you putting up a lot of memorials of the Butterfield's. You just had Franklin county listed as where the Red Schoolhouse cemetery was so, I just wanted to let you know FYI that it is in Wilton, Franklin, Maine. That's all... You can do whatever you want with the info, just trying to be helpful...
