Mikael,

Thanks very much for the headstone image. It will delight my wife. He is my wife's great grandfather.

Thanks again,

Hi....I hope you had a wonderful Christmas!

You had sent me a list of who was buried in Bengt Palsson's grave. Is there a marker that says this? Or where did you find your information? Is it possible to take a picture of the tombstone and post it for me? And the other message I sent was that I asked if there were records or markers for Pahl Bengtsson (Pal) born in 1708 and his spouse was Ingar Johnsdotter b 1713.

I appreciate your help!

Hi Mikael,
This is as far as Ive gotten with names.
Any idea on the burial site for them? Or any other facts you can find?

THanks!

RE: Pål Bengtsson
Thanks..........yes you did well. LOL
Its sort of what I thought, but wondered what they do with the bodies if they do move a grave or I guess someone can be buried on top of the old grave.

Do you have to half vaults that go over the caskets?
We do and its very expensive and I feel a rip off.
I just want a plain pine box. Why waste all that money? LOL

Are the names you just gave me from near the other headstones?

Does the church have records? Or do they belong in a central location now?

I am so glad Sweden kept such good records. So many people with the same names!

Thanks for your help!

RE: Pål Bengtsson
good day!

On your message you said ownership reverts back.....what does that mean?

And this cemetery is at or near the Laholm church?
At your convenience, could you take a couple pictures of the cemetery, and the headstones you found for me? Id like to see the area better. Thanks

Not sure if I mentioned in an early message, but I have two old photos (postcard type) of the Laholm church from (guessing) the 40's. I can send you a copy if you would like.

Thank you so much! Is it possible that we can go further back?

I have no idea if they are in the cemetery.

It looks like the photos of the headstones of the others are fairly new. Wouldn't you say?

I found some old pictures Im uploading. Some inside views of the old church! My grandma saved alot of stuff! yay!

info
I am wondering where you are finding such interesting pieces of information. I enjoy reading the history
of your family. The notes are very interesting.

Thanks for sharing.
