RE: Amanda Luther request
That was the section in the Yantic known as Sect. 134-139.
If you are familiar with the Hale cemetery records on Ancestry.com, that section is listed as "South End."
I have found that the Yantic Cem. record is only about 75-80% correct. For the most part it is very helpful, but just this week alone I have run across at least two monuments that I photographed but they are no where to be found on the Yantic Cem. record.
I took the opportunity today to take one more look/see in that section, but to no avail. I did get all excited at one point. In that area, I found a Luther, but it happened to be a first name and not connected to your Amanda. :(
There is a detailed map as you come in to the cemetery, but alas that too is only about 80-85% correct. What would often happen is that the Smith family would buy the plot, and then it was resold to the Jones family, for instance, so the map would still show the Smiths. Frustrations..yes. Normally I would say your best bet is the Hale cemetery records that can be accessed through Ancestry.com. They were transcribed in the 1930's as part of the WPA program to get people back to work and they are pretty accurate, and transcribed at a time when most of those stone were still readable.
Interestingly enough, I looked through the "South End" Hale records, and did not find Amanda Luther. So... either she never had a marker, or she is elsewhere in the cemetery. I will keep her in the back of my mind as I, as well as others, continue to photograph the Yantic.

RE: same stone
Thanks I deleted mine

same stone
Hi, "Unknown Bennett" Mem # 93067651 appears to be the same stone as "Oliver Bennett" Mem # 77402327. Could you perhaps merge information with that submitter?

Thanks - Anne Kimber

RE: Thank you again!
It was snowing a bit today, but what a perfect overcast day to take pictures(I find the overcast days the best for pictures of the stones... no shadows)!

RE: Fairview Cem, Clarks, NE
If your photos are better, I will gladly delete mine! The pictures that I post were taken by my daughter on my camera a few years ago when we were cleaning up the cemetery! Thanks for adding more photos! Wendy

Infant Barnes
I do have a pic of the stone for infants Jesse and Francis from the Fairview Cemetery. Are they the ones you were looking for? I will try to go to library tomorrow to upload those pics.

THANK YOU for photographing the headstone at that cemetery! It's truly a gift to all of us! Thanks for sharing your time that way!

Sure, you can transfer her to me. I'll get it updated :)

Take good care,
