My wife and I love doing genealogy. Our favorite joint-hobby is to search for our family, living and deceased, and to visit cemeteries around the world to find and photograph their headstones. We have been married over 40 years and have 5 children and 18 grandchildren. We love them all very much. Family is a labor of love and is the greatest and most rewarding work we do.|
If you would like any memorial to be transferred to you, please ask. But, please be active in Find-A-Grave (having been a member more than a few of weeks and having created more than a dozen memorials) and do something to improve the requested memorial. We don't have the time required to totally take care of hundreds of them. We prefer to transfer all the memorials we've created to their loving family and friends, as long as they're not our immediate family. Permission is granted to anyone who wishes to use any headstone photo I have taken for any genealogical purpose without contacting me. If you would like any photo we have taken to be changed, re-taken, or deleted, please ask. We won't be offended. We are here to help.
When fulfilling photo requests, we will take pictures of other near-by headstones that we believe might be related. If there is already a memorial created, we will add the photo. If not, we will create a memorial and add the photo. If you see that we have created a memorial for your family or friend, please request it.
I greatly miss my dad, maternal grandmother, maternal grandfather, mother-in-law, and father-in-law. Find-A-Grave provides a wonderful opportunity to recognize and honor all of our deceased loved ones. For this I am deeply grateful.
The Livingston Family Association would love to hear from all family and friends of the Livingston Family from Dunfermline, Scotland.
Thank you all so much for all your kind words, energy, and service in helping us find our own family and link them together. This is truly a joint effort.

A couple of years ago you found and photographed the graves of my Uncle Kay Berry and his wife Elizabeth. As I recall we know many of the same people. You know my Berry family. I have another request of you. If you can I'd like to have you photograph my brother's grave in Rose Hills. He is Gary William Ellsworth, b 1941, d 2015. He's buried next to our mother, Effie Berry Ellsworth. He is in Nauvoo Lawn, grave 1117. I'ts about 10 rows up from Workman Mill Drive and just North of the center of Nauvoo Lawn, Gary's Find A Grave number is 158631278.

Hi Dennis! Thank you for the unexpected transfer of management. I'll promise to take good care of my 3rd Great Aunt's memorial :).
My 2nd Great Grandmother, Nancy Davis (Webb) Fisher, was Elizabeth's oldest sibling. Many years ago, I traveled to Bourbon, Nicholas, and Harrison Counties in Kentucky to perform extensive field research on my paternal ancestors. My 3rd Great Grandparents, Rev. Charles Webb and Elizabeth Davis, were the parents of my Great Great Grandma Nancy and Aunt Elizabeth. It was exciting to have the opportunity to visit the actual church where Charles was the minister: Indian Creek Baptist Church, Cynthiana, Harrison County, Kentucky, USA. Many of my Webb ancestors are buried in the cemetery adjacent to the church. The historic Indian Creek Baptist Church has the distinction of being the "Oldest Baptist Church West Of Alleghenies"!
By the way, I noticed you are a Davis. By any chance, are you related to Elizabeth (Davis) Webb?
Thanks again Dennis!

Thank-You for adding the photo of my grandmother's headstone to my memorial 45774470. Sorry if this is late but it is always as they say "Better late than never."

Hello. I sent you an edits regarding the dates. It was interesting how I finally found this headstone, which has been covered, probably for many, many years. This is what I put in the photo caption:
"The east side of the cemetery used to have hedges and a fence that were right along the edge of a cliff. The hedges and fence have been removed and it appears that they are renovating the area. In doing so, this homemade-looking headstone was uncovered. I did not have proper tools with me this day to uncover it all the way and because it is so close to the cliff, I thought it was better to leave it alone."
THX for the transfer
Thank you for taking the time to make the multiple links between family members--and so quickly too.
