John Hackenberg
Hi; I descend from Peter Hackenberg through his son John and wife Matilda. They had a daughter Maria who married John Thomas in Snyder Co.Pa.I see on your post that you have specific dates for the birth and death of both John and Matilda and that her name was Shaffer. Where did this information come from? Was there a cemetery record? Regards:Loren Varga

Mary Lou Roberts

I added a tombstone photo for Mary Lou. Hope that's okay. I'm a little concerned as the date of birth is a year later than you have listed on the memorial - but I think that it indeed her tombstone. If you don't want it, just delete it.

Peter and Hanna Hackenberg

I think that Peter and Hanna were my 5th great grandparents. My third great grandfather was Hiram Hackenberg and His father was Jacob Hackenberg who was born in PA in 1778 and died in Lagrange Co., IN in 1872. Do you have any information that confirms that my Jacob is the eldest son of Peter and Hanna?

RE: Elizabeth Clapper
It was my pleasure to do this for you. BTW I did find a stone among the Clapper's that I believe to be Mary Clapper's, however the only thing readable on the whole stone is "Mary". If you put in a request for her, I will be glad to post it for you.

RE: Catharine Hackenberg Yetter
Always glad to link families together and this was a very large family. Nice to see the last remaining child linked to her parents and siblings. I have a few distant relatives buried at Mt. Tabor and I think it is a very beautiful cemetery. Thanks for getting in touch with me. Have a nice day, Marla M. from MO.

Glad I had the tombstone pictures you wanted. Catharine is my great-great grandfather's sister. Have had the picture for some time, but just hadn't posted it on findagrave until yesterday.

I have transferred Jacob's wife-you may keep management for both if you wish-that's ok with me. Love what you posted for him!
