Thank you for your consideration Sara. Maria was my wife and yes, I'd want you to transfer ownership of her grave to me. As you might've noticed, my name is on the headstone as well so you can take back ownership when I'm gone. :)

Peggy R. Glassford Peggy R. Glassford, 88, of Elgin, passed away on Tuesday March 23, 2010 at Tower Hill Healthcare Center, South Elgin, IL. She was born on May 17, 1921 in Plato Center, IL the daughter of William and Elsie (John) Rohrsen. She was a life member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church in Plato Center, IL. Survivors include her daughter, Patricia (Charles) Karsten; three grandchildren, Laurie (Kendall) Hall, Tina (David) Sell and Timothy Nyman; three great-grandchildren, Brandi Hall, Tamara and Dustin Sell, and her sister, Barbara Stevens. She was preceded in death by her parents, also her husbands, W.F. Bill Glassford and Glenn Ewert; and a brother, Bill; and sister, Dorothy. Funeral services will be held on Friday March 26, 2010 at 10:30 A.M. at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Plato Center, with Pastor Gerald Mau officiating. Burial will follow at North Plato Center Cemetery. Visitation will be today from 4-7:00 P.M. at the Laird Funeral Home, Elgin and on Friday at the church from 9:45 A.M. until the service. Memorials may be made to the church or Provena Hospice.

Dolores L. Keech, 77, of West Dundee, IL passed away on Wednesday February 3, 2010

in her home. She was born on January 24, 1933 in Charles City, IA the daughter of

Robert and Rose Linn.

Dolores graduated from nursing school and had worked at Sherman Hospital as a

Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room for many years prior to her retirement.

She loved watching pro football, and was an avid Chicago Bears fan.

Dolores was a loving wife, mother and grandmother, and will be deeply missed.

Survivors include her husband Lawrence Keech, whom she married on January 30, 1954.

Three children: Martin (Kathy) Keech of Rochester, MN; Alexis Keech of West Dundee, IL; Mitchell Keech of West Dundee, IL. Four Grandchildren-Kelsey, Andrew, Alex and Maggie Rose.

She was preceded in death by her parents, also a daughter, Gabrielle in 1984.

Her twin brother, Duane Linn and her sister, Dawn Schornack.

Visitation will be held on Saturday February 6, 2010 from 4:00 P.M. until a service

At 7:30 P.M. at the Laird Funeral Home, 120 S. Third St., (Corner of Third and Oregon)

West Dundee, IL. 847-836-8770. Private burial will be at the Dundee Township East

Cemetery, East Dundee, IL. Memorials may be made to Anderson Animal Shelter in South Elgin, IL.
