I have photos for the rest of the Munchbach and Markward family (Louise H. Munchbach, Josephine, Carl, Isabella and Flora Markward) and the other Munchbach plot (Arthur, Violet and their daughter Ethel Trafton). Let me know if you set up memorials and request their photos.

You are welcome. If I can help in anyway let me know.

Hi Maurine, you're most welcome! I love fulfilling Photo Requests, especially for the really old monuments. I'm really glad that you asked for it and that I could find it.
|Jim Furrer||RE: Martha Francke Spahnle|
No problem, we all keep pluggin' until things fall into place. Yes, I'm related to Franckes in eastern Nebraska (Eagle and Walton), as my grandfather John Furrer (1889-1983) married Pearl Louise Francke 1892-1972. Most of my Francke information comes from the family's self-publish (read mimeograph) "Francke Family Genealogy, Third Edition-1991" and I find both Find-A-Grave and Ancestry wonderful tools to "fill in blanks" since 1991. My public tree's "Furrer-Clymer Family Tree, Nebraska" on Ancestry.
My sister Sue and her husband Rich Torpin still reside on the Furrer Family Farm, not too far from Walton.
That spelling of "Furrer" seems pretty solid within the paternal clan, as least until the early 1800's back in Nonnenweier, Germany, then all sorts of derivations start showing up.

Please update your photorequest with the Lot Number which you can obtain freely using this link:
Enter the Surname in the search field. You will not only have lot number, but also date of death. In addition, you are likely find additional family members which you then add additional entries to findagrave.
Once done, Others as well as I will happily fulfill photo requests at this location!

Unfortunately no grave has been found for him. I tried a few times with findagrave--but never succeeded. Sorry. Sheila Gendreau
|Sheila Gendreau||Grave of Pelatiah Kinsman|
I believe the picture you have of a grave of a Pelatiah Kinsman is incorrect. If you look at the inscription--the dates do not match. I think it is the headstone of a Pelatiah Kinsman, born to Robert Kinsman and Bethiah Dogget. He was born around 1750 and died as stated April 2, 1797--making him 47 years old. He died in Boston. I hope this is helpful.
Sincerely, Sheila Gendreau (my mother was a Kinsman)

So happy that you found his memorial! I like the photo you added; looks like three generations gathered on a happy occasion from long ago, perhaps in the 1950's.
