Hello Jean, I submitted an edit request to link Lizzie to her parent's memorials. The source is obits and census records. Thanks for having created her memorial. Paul Turner

I added the pictures for his wife Mary Young Brown and their daughter Mary Ester Cumming. If you decide to add memorials for them let me know and I will move the pictures to their own pages.

I figured as much. Yes, God bless that woman for what she has done. It was driving me nuts waiting for Edward's stone pic. And not knowing where Susanna was buried. Canada is too far for me to go myself any time soon. I just knew answers were there. I'm so happy!

You're welcome, Jean.
Someone had posted a photo request for John Colby Smith, which is what led me to the cemetery. I decided to go ahead and photograph all the Smiths I found in the cemetery while I was there.

Nope, not related. Just one of three volunteers who are documenting all of Oakridge Cemetery. Happy to transfer.

Yes, we would be related then. He is my 5th (I think) great grandfather. I have no idea where Susanah is, I can't find her. I have been trying to find someone in that area to take a picture of his stone and to look and see if she is there. Someone just recently added his memorial I assume from some transcribed list.

I figured it was just an "oops" with her husband's death date---"been there, done that !!"
I've seen the headstone, but have no decent photo. Forgot to mention, her name is spelled Rachel on the headstone.
