I have been doing the Millsop family genealogy for over 30 yrs now and I am in the process of writing a book. I use the PA/Mercer site most of the time but some of the info has been lost I guess because of a transfer of some sort.|
I have gone as far back as 1801 Scotland so far but others researching this name have gone a little further but I want more proof first! lol A cousin uses this site so I will add my line to it also.
I've spent most of my life as an artist whether it be graphics or fine art and my hobbies are genealogy of course, reading, 1800s old west (I used to do reenactments) and watercolor painting. I was diagnosed with MS in '95 and stayed working as a Nosologist with AZ State Vital Records until Jan '02. In the spring of '03 I went back to school at a local Community College to teach my non-dominant hand how to paint. My paintings are on Flickr and there are a few on Facebook where I also can be found.
Other names I have been researching are: Husband, Shaw, Walker, Muir, Anderson, Bagnal/Begnal, Christie, Milner, Buchanan, Bell, Green, Marsh, Hockenberry, McCready, Riddle, Trew, Cameron, McBride, Ambrose, Collins, Hezlep, Gilmore and Smith plus many others! Any help on these is greatly appreciated.

You're welcome for the photo. There was a Wilson Rick Smith Oct 8 1955 - Jan 2 2009 next to Wilson. I took a photo of his stone if you are interested in this person too. Barbara

You are most welcome for the photo.

I just posted the photo of Bessie's gravestone as well as her husband, Charles's who is buried directly to the left of her. I have also connected these two via an edit.

You have photo requests in this cemetery.
Please call the office (tel# on the cemetery page) and get their plot information.
Thenp, please delete your request, enter the plot info on their memorial page AND re-enter the request.
All that will help me & my granddaughter when we get up there next month.

Alexander Beall married Elizabeth Combes. She was the daughter of Enoch Combes of the P> G. CO.
Sorry about the date it is wrong and removed.
Not sure where I found this, now.

I was writing to you, in case you wanted to request that the duplicate memorials be combined. As I understand F-A-G rules, the resulting memorial should belong to you.

Hi Candace -
Just checking to see if you have seen the nice pic and information on Thomas in the History of Hancock County - Virginia and West Virginia (written by Jack Welch)? If not you might want to check it out. Regards, Pam
