My husband and I really enjoy finding information for our family trees. We are researching for these families: Call, Helmick, Brosius, Lenz, Mann, Skelton, McGuckin, and Carriger. |
We are both teachers, and still working so our time is limited during the school year.

Your note arrived at the same time I was detailing census records for the Jason and Diantha Helmick family in Iowa and Kansas.
I misspelled Karnes as Kerns in my note. If you are not familiar with what an automatic suggested correction (SAC)is, please manually link Diantha to her mother Deborah, Find A Grave #23358507.
I am a descendant of the immigrant Angus McAllister of early Londonderry, NH through his sons William and David. Andrew McAllister, Sr, was the son of William, and you have the rest of the line through Andrew McAllister, Jr. and his wife Abigail Rogers to Diantha Karnes (Williams) Helmick correctly stated.
I am trying to link all of the Angus McAllister family lines together on Find A Grave.
What I was tring to say is that Deborah (McAllister) Williams, the mother of Diantha Karnes (Williams) Helmick, was the 14 year younger sister of Diantha McAllister, who married Henry Karnes at Morgan County, OH in 1830. Unfortunately, what became of the elder Diantha I can not find. But that Deborah (McAllister) Williams named her third child and first born dau. in 1844 at Morgan County, OH as Diantha Karnes Williams may be a clue as to by when the elder Diantha had died.
kalberfamilygenealogy.weebly.com is the web address :). It is not finished by any means!

Hello! I came across your memorial page for John F. Lenz and his wife. I was wondering if I could use the tombstone image on the new Family Genealogy Website I am building for my tree. John F. Lenz married Phoebe Jacobine Kaelber of Wuerttemberg, Germany. She was the third eldest daughter to my 4th great grand-uncle Johann (John) Christian Kaelber.
I will give the original creator and yourself credit for the images on the site.

I have sent you my family tree link from my email.
I have a somewhat big tree going of the Lenz-Lentz's family. If you are related to Johann F. Lentz then you will like my tree :). Johann was my 3rd great grandfather! I can not find anyone past Johann Theodore Lenz b.8 Jan 1806, d. after 1859.

Happy to make the transfers. I know you will take good care of them.

Yes, you have it right. Just a stone that caught my attention while photographing some requests. Surprised by the quality of the marker, since it was from 1910. Not sure if there were many other cemeteries even open in Long Beach back then. If you think you've found your husband's ancestor, I'd be happy to transfer him over to you. Let me know.
Please use the edit tab found on each memorial at the top right corner of the memorial.
