John F. Weissner Jr.#79338819
Hi Joanne,

I just ran across a really long obituary for Mr. John F. Weissner (junior) in the Sunday, September 23, 1906 Baltimore Sun issue 130--second section--page 20.

This had to be John F.Weissner, Jr. who is entry #79338819. So his death year was 1906 rather than 1908.

I'll send in an edit for that and to connect him to his parents.

Thought you would want to know about that.

Hunter Burial Cecil County, MD
I wonder what you know about the Hunters in Cecil County. I am researching a William Hunter who had a son Alexander born about 1830. I can't determine which Alexander Hunter family William, who died in Cecil County between 1840 and 1850, belonged to. I'm sure he has ties to PA. He was military.he may have been married before he married his son Alexander's mother Joannah.

Montgomery Families
Hello Jo Ann, Hope this finds you & your family doing well. Just wanted to say how much we appreciate all your hard work on this site. My maternal Great Grandmother (Elizabeth Jane "Lizzie" Montgomery) was born in Cecil County, Maryland - daughter of Robert & Adeline (Todd) Montgomery. Your work, as well as others, has been a wonderful tool to use to research our family history.

p.s. - I'll be submitting a few edits to link children & parents:)

RE: William Morgey
Hi Jo Ann -

You are correct. I did some checking after my last note and found our former correspondence. I am working on so may of these that they sometimes run together. In any event, since he is somewhat related to you, even if not directly, I suggest that you just hang on to him.

Thank you.

Robert Smith
Jo Ann,
Thank you for your search for Robert Smith in the All Saints Cemetery. He is buried there in Section 12, Row 28, lot 8, Grave 6. I will removed the request for photo of the headstone, as it is sad that no one took the time to get him a headstone. But now we know, there is no headstone. your time and effort are appreciated in the search and I just wanted to let you know that I do appreciate that. Thank you again for letting me know. Maybe I can help the family to get him a stone. galski
