I was born in Rogers. Raised in Little Rock. Graduated University of Arkansas. Married an Air Force officer,traveled widely, lived in Washington DC and eventually moved back to Fayetteville . I taught at FHS for about 10 years and then went to work on staff at U of A. We had two children and sadly lost one. Widowed early. Now am retired, and raising Skye Terriers. Have lived all over the world but am ending my life close to where I started!|

I would be happy to add it for you. You can transfer the memorial to me, I can add it and then transfer it back to you. :)
You can copy and paste the obit into the bio section.

Can you please tell me about your husband when, where born, his mom and dad, I guess I would need his grandmothers name and where she was from.
Thanks so much for replying.

I can trace Nancy DeWitt back to the 1600s
I have not tracked the Cooper line back more than one generation but there seems to be a lot of info on ancestry.com

Sorry, I was mistaken. She had written that "Bill" was son of David, not brother.

Hello. I am a descendent of David and Nancy Cooper. My aunt found a copy of the picture you posted on their sites - it belonged to her deceased mother. Her mom had written on the back of it that it was her "Uncle Bill (brother of David) and wife". I had seen the picture on ancestry.com as David and Nancy Cooper, but am now wondering about the identity. Do you know for sure that it is of David and Nancy, or is there any reason to be suspect of that. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Leona
|Patsy (Pulis) Huffhines||H.C. Polk|
H.C. Polk was married to Margaret Bost's sister Sallie Bost Polk Callahan. He is buried in the same cemetery as Margaret, in Block 15. on Find a Grave it appears to be very tall about 5Feet. has a large vese on the bottom, but you cannot make it out viewing findagrave it is blurrer. If you live by the same cemetery as Margaret is in do you think you could do me a favor and go there and maybe write down what it says, or maybe you know someone that can. We would appreciate it so very much. His names is Harvey Carey Polk, on the 1910 censes Cooter, Pemiscot, Missouri, it list him as Davey Hock correct name is Polk. His wife Sallie was P.G. with child Leonard when he died from results of working for the Railroad was ticket taker and we understand he was standing by the train and it moved and hit him and he died. I did have someone find Sallie and a phone record or address in Hot Springs said Sallie Polk widow of (Carey). We think where ever he was at the time they probably sent body back to Mommoth Springs since that where she went aferward. Thank so much, please let me know if you can help. Have a Blessed Day Patsy

Carolyn Duty Banks,
If I have accurate information on my family genealogy, I believe we might be cousins (way down the line) by marriage. If you would be interested in making contact and sharing information on the Banks family, please write me at my e-mail address... firstname.lastname@example.org at your convenience.
Thanks for posting on Find A Grave for others to gain access to potential ancestors.
You are welcome.
