I came across Find A Grave while doing genealogical research on my family. When I was growing up, we would visit cemeteries while on vacations; partly because they were free and partly because of the history that can be found in cemeteries. My interest in visiting cemeteries has not diminished with time, and now with Find A Grave, I can help contribute to the search of others.|

I think you and I have a common ancester in M.L. Ward. I think he would be your Great-Great Grandfather? He's my Great Grandfather.
My Grandfather was William H. Ward, brother of James Julius "Babe" Ward. I think you've been in contact with my cousin Don Ward, also a Find A Grave contributor.
Happily, you maintain the Find A Grave entry for Fannie Ward Bankston, one of M.L. Ward's daughters, Find A Grave # 36169267.
How about linking her to her father, M.L. Ward.
In 1986 or 1986. I organized a Ward Reunion in Laurel, held at a hotel (since burned to the ground) called the Clairmont Inn. I distinctly recall some descendants of James J. Ward there and took many photos. I'll try to find those buried in my photo file boxes. Your Grandmother, Clydie Ward Brewer may have been there.
Thanks--Look forward to hearing from you.
William H. Ward

Hi,I notice that there is a second memorial for Louise Lopez at the St.Martinville cemetery.
I noticed you have a virtual cemetery with Baggetts and was wondering how you're related.
My grandmother is Audrey Merle Baggett daughter of Aubra A Baggett, Son of William Furman Baggett etc

|Hope Evans||RE: Holland Family|
Thanks for transfering them over to me. I also added the other two Holland graves while I was on line this morning.
Who was your aunt? Any chance it was Jewel Holland? She was married to James Brewer, who's also buried at Lott Cemetery.
