Sarah Aylsworth Hovis

Thank you for your work. I believe you have incorrect information about my great, great grandfather's second wife. Her married name was Aylsworth, as it is on the stone. Her maiden name was Warfle. Middle initial A.

I have this on authority of a marriage cert. between herself and the one who shares the plot with her, her husband, John Nelson Aylsworth, whom you have also misnamed on his page. They were married in 1894. She is mentioned as Mrs. Sarah Aylsworth in her father, Harrison Warfle's, obituary, who is also buried in this cemetery (#63942229).

I can scan the marriage cert if you will. If you know of a later marriage between her and someone of the last name of Hovis, please let me know.

Pvt. George Wellington Rice 1840-1869
Hi glena,
Thank you for adding the photo of Pvt. George Wellington Rice on Find A Grave Memorial. Could you possibly add the inscription of his stone to his Memorial # 106242795 Burial: Ararat Cemetery, Ararat, Susquehanna County, PA. It's hard to see and we need this info to be passed down thru generations to come. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Please add name of cemetery to his photo too. Kind deeds change lives. Thank you.
